No software installed
Directly accessible via the Webikeo website, webinar platform requires no installation of software. Simply log in with your username and password on the website to have access to the virtual room. A wired connection is strongly recommended.
The speakers who create the webinar have the status of webinar managers and can access unlimited time to the virtual room. Participants in turn can just enter the room on day-D when the webinar happens.
The virtual room can hold from one to six speakers simultaneously and up to 1000 participants.

The speaker, the virtual room manager, can arrange the room as he expects once his webinar is created. In fact, the virtual room is fully adaptable. You can customize it by enlarging / reducing the various patterns (camera, chatbox …) and their positions in the room
Some functions for oral presentation
The web conference platform allows the speaker to disseminate its expertise to a target audience orally. To be both seen and heard, you just need to connect a microphone and a camera. It is also possible to use just the microphone or a frozen image with microphone. However, it is advisable to connect a camera. Participants enjoy seeing the person who is presenting which gives more dynamism to the webinar.
Meanwhile, the participants cannot be seen, they can only communicate through chat.
Functions for written presentation
Web conference platform offers the speaker the opportunity to animate his presentation with visual aid. In order to do that, a large frame is presented in the platform (see the image above) Any type of documents are accepted (doc, xls, ppt, pptx, odp, ods, odt, jpg, png or pdf) and several types can be used in the same webinar. It is also possible to share their screen, particularly useful for software demonstrations, or to use an integrated virtual whiteboard in the web conference platform. All these features are useful to support and summarize the key elements of the presentation.
Chat function is the one that helps webinar have highly interactive nature. In fact, thanks to chat, participants give their opinions, ask questions and communicate easily with the speaker. It is also via chat that they respond to questions proposed by the speaker. The web conference tool is truly a tool that help speakers and participants know many other participants in the room.
At the end of webinar, the participants can download the documents made available by the speaker, they can be the ones which were presented during the webinar or others. The webinar can also be replayed within 7 days after the day-D, and participants can exchange business cards with the speaker.
Meanwhile, the speaker is transmitted chat conversation history, contact file of participants and report of other actions by interested people and participants (rate, exchange business card, download documents) and other performance indicators of his webinar.
